Bring on the squats

1. Jerk: 5 x 3
2. Push-press 4 x 5
3. Back squat 5 x 3

Follow each set of jerks with 5 repetitions of the split jerk footwork drill.

That squat is getting better Kristina!

    1. Jerk - 135lbs
    2. Push Press - 115lbs
    3. Back Squat - 185lbs x2, 155 x3

    Things to work on:
    -Stablize in Jerk receiving position prior to standing up
    -Drive bar back through head instead of around it (make sure to get head out of the way first)
    -Knees tracking over toes on squats

    Back squat: 85lbs
