1. Power jerk behind the neck: 5 x 3
2. Push press: 4 x 5
3. Jerk dip squat: 4 x 5

    Things to work on:
    - Getting bar on back of deltoid in rack position
    - Split jerk footwork
    - Shoulder mobility
