New class!

1. Jerk (behind the neck): 5 x 3
2. Push-press: 4 x 5
3. Back squat: 5 x 3

5 reps of split-jerk footwork drill immediately following each set of jerks. Try to increase weight by 2-3% from last week.

Due to the recent increase in attendance, we have added another weightlifting class to the schedule on Mondays at 8:00 PM. Hopefully this will help give you all more opportunities to make it in with classes consistently filling up and being wait-listed. I encourage everyone to come to as many classes as they can or want to, but attendance at all of them is certainly not mandatory. Come to what you can, and I promise we will have something for you to do!
