Wrecked?

1. Power snatch: 5 x 3
2. Power clean + power jerk: 5 x 3
3. Back squat: 6 x 2

I think the results photo speaks for itself...everyone seems pretty wrecked today after a week of hard work in CrossFit and weightlifting classes! Rest up the rest of the weekend everyone, and come back fresh next week!
