1. Snatch: 80% x 1 x 5
2. Front squat: 60% x 2 x 5
Work up to a moderately heavy snatch, and take 5 singles. Don't exceed 80% of your best snatch, but if you don't get near 80% today, just feel out a reasonable weight. The weight for the front squat should feel light. Work on speed out of the bottom while maintaining good posture and tension.
