Singlet order THIS WEEK!

1. Clean and jerk variant: 50% x 3, 70% x 2, 80% x 2 x 4
2. Clean pull: 95% x 3 x 4
3. Back squat: 50% x 5, 70% x 3, 80% x 3 x 4
4. Romanian deadlift: 80% (of back squat) x 3 x 4

I will have new worksheets for everyone for this week tonight. If you haven't given me your personal best snatch, clean and jerk, front and back squat yet, please do so that I can come prepared with your lift percentages calculated (I'm talking to YOU Steve-o!). Unless your sheet tells you differently, clean and jerk variant today will be 1 hang clean and jerk + 1 full clean and jerk. There are more working sets this week than last week, so we will have to work EFFICIENTLY! Consider the RDL to be bonus if you get through everything else. We want to leave 10-15 minutes at the end for mobility if possible. Also, again, consider these percentages to be a ceiling. If you're excessively beat up from lots of air squats or 5Ks, the prescribed percentages may not be reasonable and we will scale back accordingly. For the weightlifters among us, they should be followed as closely as possible.

Folks wanting to get on board with our awesomely-custom team Industrious singlets for upcoming meets, I think we will be ordering these THIS WEEK! There is a tank top option and a "sleeveless" option that covers just a bit more of the upper chest and back region. Either should be around $50 after shipping and printing. We can take a look this week if you're interested. There are more expensive options as well, but these would be my preference since they are affordable and have plenty of room for OUR printing (i.e., a nice hammer and ax logo!).

Those who missed Saturday, I showed this video
of Dmitry Klokov (105 kg lifter) PAUSE front squatting 250 kg. Note the depth and the drive out of the bottom. I also showed this video of Ilya Ilin (94 kg 2-time Olympic champion) snatching up to 192.5 kg in training. Note the dance sequence about halfway through. Love it!
