Another exciting announcement, the kilo change has finally arrived! No more mixing pounds and kilos on your bar and trying to figure out what the heck it adds up to. Either put pounds on your bar, or put kilos on your bar (I recommend kilos). Eventually, we will be expanding our collection of kilo weights and will use kilos exclusively, but for now we will have to do with our limited supply.
Last note, I will be out of town this weekend. Coach Mark is in charge. Don't let the bunny ears fool you: he means business and will take good care of you in my absence. I will see you all on Monday!
