Great to see all the new faces in the gym eager to train with us! I'm really looking forward to working with you all and seeing what you all can do, and pumped to see what we can accomplish at the end of this next cycle we are starting! I hope everyone has gotten something out of this fundamentals week and have had a chance to recharge after the meets. We are going to ramp it up next week!
