Schedule change

1. Snatch*: 50% x 3, 60% x 2, 70% x 1, 80% x 1 x 4
2. Snatch pull: 110% x 2 x 4
3. Front squat: 50% x 3, 60% x 2, 70% x 1, 80% x 1, 90% x 1, 95% x 1, 100% x 1, 100%+ x 1, 100%+ x 1

*If you feel good, or if you missed Monday, we can take the snatch up to a heavy single today.

We are considering modifying our existing weightlifting schedule to try to open up an earlier time, and to make more room for the overflowing CrossFit classes. The proposed change would move Monday's session to Friday at 6:30 PM. Unless there is an uprising, the change may be implemented as early as October 15th. If you have strong concerns, please voice your opinion as soon as possible! Also, if there are other times you would like to see added or would prefer, now is the time to speak up! We are always open to feedback, and want to organize our schedule according to what works best for all of our athletes.

If you are planning on competing in the meet next Saturday, and have not yet registered, NOW IS THE TIME! Early registration ends on Saturday, and after that the cost goes up to $60. Singlets are ordered and should arrive early next week! I have singlets coming for Piper, Rachel, Molly, Tommy, Andy, Mark, and Stephen. If I missed you then please let me know ASAP and I will get yours ordered. Again, cost should be around $50 total. Stay tuned for details on our gym meet to come the day after the Washington Open (next Sunday). There will be a Facebook page created for it in the next day or two. Should be a fun time!
