Today begins our high volume/loading week of cycle 2. This will be a pretty demanding week, with lots of sets and reps. We will need to keep moving and keep on task to get through everything on time. The high volume is perfect timing with the holiday coming up this week though! Get the most out of all that fuel! Get through this week and you get a lighter week next week to recover and get stronger.
Speaking of, if you haven't signed up for classes Thursday and Friday morning you should get on that immediately. Last I checked there were still a few spots open, but that won't last long. Come get your lifting in before eating all that turkey!
