For your recovery pleasure, de-load week is here once again. This will be a lighter week in terms of both volume and intensity to give our bodies a chance to recover from the last few weeks of loading. We should be able to hit some heavy singles on Saturday, so rest up and get the most out of the lighter loads so we can hit it hard on Saturday!
