Compensation/unloading week

Snatch: 70% x 2 x 2
Front squat: 70% x 3 x 2
Romanian deadlift: 70% (of back squat) x 3 x 2

This will be a lighter week to get rid of some of that nasty accumulated fatigue. One step back, two steps forward!
