On hand care

Hang clean: 80%+ x 3 x 3
Rack jerk: 80%+ x 3 x 3
Back squat: 80%+ x 5 x 3
Romanian deadlift: 80% x 5 x 3

Gripping a bar of knurled steel day in and day out isn't exactly a recipe for silky smooth hands. Neglecting your hands can lead to torn callouses, bloody bars, and painful or even missed training sessions.
