Stop squat: 90% (of stop squat) x 3 x 3
Push-press (front rack): 90% x 3 x 3
Performance week is here again! The time has come to hit some heavy doubles and triples. We are really pushing the limits this week. If the prescribed weights are easy, GO UP! Of course, if they are too heavy we can adjust down as well, but I don't see that happening. You all should be feeling somewhat recovered by now after the lighter week last week, and ready to kill it this week. Let's get after it!
