This is our heavy loading/high volume week for the current mesocycle, which means of course that it's going to get pretty heavy this week! 95% on the squats for doubles will be a stretch, so feel them out. It should be right on the edge of what you're capable of this week. Of course, if any of the prescribed percentages just feel way too light, take them up a bit after making a good lift at the prescribed percentage. Remember, we want solid made lifts, not sloppy missed lifts. It's going to be a fun week!
