And finally, the last deload week of the twelve-week macrocycle! Today, Thursday, and Friday will be nice and light to try to get everyone recovered, but Saturday...Saturday we go big! For everyone planning on competing at the Def Jam meet at Thrush next weekend, this Saturday will be our chance to go for those PRs we've all been chasing for the past eleven weeks. That's right, maxes for the day on Saturday in the snatch and clean and jerk. Those who are not lifting in the Thrush meet will have the opportunity to go big as well, but those who are will have a competition taper to prepare them to lift to their potential on the big day.
