*Power snatches and power cleans are NOT to be done any heavier than prescribed! Note that power snatches and power cleans are assumed to be 85% of your best snatch and clean, respectively. This workout is a lighter "bonus" workout for those who are committed to 4x a week and made it in to train yesterday. If you missed yesterday, do the workout posted yesterday today instead of this bonus workout.
