Week 5, Day 1

Snatch + hang snatch + OHS: (1+1+2)RM, 95% x (1+1+2), 90% x (1+1+2)
Front squat: 3RM, 95% x 3, 90% x 3
Power jerk: 3RM, 95% x 3, 90% x 3

Today begins a new preparation mesocycle, and that means we will be ramping up the volume again over the next few weeks! Hooray for getting stronger! The goal again is perfect reps, and to increase the weight on the bar used for each exercise at least a little every week, but no more than can be used while maintaining technically proficient reps. Pretty much everyone was able to do that over the last four weeks, some by DRASTIC amounts even. Lots of folks did previous PR single numbers for MULTIPLE reps! I can't wait to see the progress everyone makes over the next four weeks!
