I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day recognizing all of those who have fallen serving our country so that we can enjoy all of those freedoms that we so often take for granted.
Today begins the ninth week of this new program/system we are on. We are continuing to drop the reps and increase the intensity, and finally we've gotten to some more singles! The goal again for the next three weeks will be to increase the weight on the bar a little each week on the squats at least, and take the snatch and clean and jerk up as heavy as possible with your best positioning and technique. We are aiming to conclude this four-week training block with another fun in-house meet either June 22nd or 23rd to give everyone a chance to experience another meet environment and express their gains. Should be fun!
