Back squat: 3RM; 1 set of 3 reps @ 95%, 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%
Press (behind): 3RM; 1 set of 3 reps @ 95%, 1 set of 3 reps @90%
Training is cancelled tomorrow and Saturday because I will be down at the CrossFit NW Regional. Molly and Stephen have been training like crazy for this, so come support them down at the ShoWare Center this weekend!
