I've done a really poor job of communicating this, but here is your formal announcement that training is cancelled tomorrow because we have lifters competing in the Trident Open! Rachel, Steph, and Shelby are scheduled to lift at 1:00 PM, Cassie is scheduled to lift at 2:30 PM, and Ben is scheduled to lift at 4:00 PM. Come out and support your teammates! The meet is at Trident Athletics in Tacoma, located at

They are also doing a non-sanctioned novice competition, which starts at 10:00 AM, so there should be plenty of lifting to watch all day long to make the trip worthwhile. They are giving out some legit prizes at this meet, so there should be some pretty high-level lifting to watch too. Should be a fun day!
