That's right, another competition day is upon us! We will have four lifters competing tomorrow (at least, come on Michelle!). Here is the schedule:
10:30 AM: -56 to -85kg men (Ben)
1:00 PM: -48 to -63kg women (we don't have any lifters in this session this time)
2:30 PM: -69 to +75kg women (Molly and MICHELLE?!)
4:30 PM: -94 to +105kg men (Stephen and Hawk)
This is of course subject to change somewhat depending on how many lifters show up and how smoothly the meet goes. The meet is at Thrush Sports Performance Center in Sumner, WA. The address is:

Come down and support those competing and show the local WL community what an awesome, fun, and committed team we have. There is no training on Saturday, so you have no excuses!
