In-house mock meet going down Feb 1!

Many of you have been asking for this for a while now, and it's definitely been too long, so we are going to have an Industrious in-house mock meet on February 1st to end this 4-week training block we are in! For those who haven't done one of these before, this is a great way to get familiar with how a weightlifting meet works in a more comfortable and familiar environment with just the people you know and train with every week. This is open (and limited to) Industrious ATHLETES of all kinds. That means that whether you are a dedicated weightlifter or a CrossFitter at Industrious you are more than welcome to participate, and we encourage you ALL to participate. This will be a really fun event, and a great chance to get to know more of your fellow Industrious athletes. We will have awards for the top three men and women by Sinclair total, which is just a fancy way of scaling everyone's totals relative to their bodyweight. Cost will be $20 and will go towards recouping some of the expenses for a TON of new equipment headed our way! Put this up on your calendar! More details to come soon!
